Returns

If you wish to exchange anything from your order please contact us immediately. You can do so by sending your parcel to:

This will be your responsibility to pay for the return. Please clearly state your name and invoice number.
For international customers it will be your responsibility to pay for the return. if you have any further questions please contact the customer support team via our contact page.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returns must be received in their original condition.
If items are not sent back in their original condition (e.g. stained, covered in hair, etc.), a reduction in refund or deduction to exchange will apply for the item as a handling fee.

Returns Policy
Any returns are at the purchasers expense. If you are exchanging, the return is at your expense, then will we repost the new size to you at our expense.

Faulty products
Products will be eligible for a refund or replacement if they involve a manufacturing fault, have been damaged during shipping or the incorrect product has been received.
A faulty product is considered faulty or not acceptable quality if:
1. It is unfit for purpose.
2. It is significantly different from the description or sample.
3. It is received with damages on arrival.
4. The sizing/measurements do not match the size chart of the garment (this is not an incorrect size choice)
5. Please note that all clearance items are sold as-is, with strictly no returns or exchanges. We encourage you to consider this policy carefully before making a purchase.

What if I live local to Officer and want to return or exchange?
These extra costs are frustrating and we get it. In trying to assist people who are local to the Officer area, email us via our contact page quoting your invoice number with your preferred instructions.  We may be able to arrange an exchange at an agreed checkpoint local to us to save on these additional costs. We cannot guarantee this, but will try to accommodate your situation.

Do I have to pay for a return or an exchange?
Any returns are at the purchasers expense. If you are exchanging for another size or colour, the return is at your expense, then will we repost the new size to you at our expense. If you feel that we are at fault in any way, please contact us via our contact page to resolve the situation. *Please note we may be doing pop-ups local to the Berwick area. Keep an eye out and you may be able to do an exchange this way. For sizing queries we have diligently tried to give you as much detail as we can judged on our pictured models measurements. We have also outlined the specifications of each garment to help you make your final decision before purchase. Please measure up these specifications against any existing clothing you have that may help you gain confidence that the fit is right for you. We understand not being able to try before you buy is difficult, but we hope that we have given you as much information as you need in making your final decision before purchase.

I have received a faulty item
At SRSLY we aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times, however if you have purchased an item from SRLSY online and believe it to be faulty please get in touch with us via our contact page. Faulty items should be returned and can either be replaced or refunded. (This excludes Clearance items).

Is postage for returns & exchanges free?
Returns are not free. Returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by SRSLY. If you are exchanging for another size or colour, the return is at your expense, then will we repost the new size to you at our expense.
We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to track the whereabouts of your return. SRSLY is not liable for returns lost in transit that have not been tracked. If you exchanging a product for a different size or colour, please follow our returns guidelines, and we will post the new size back to you at our expense.

I have received an incorrect item
We're so sorry if you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting our support team via our contact page. We aim to reply to you within 48hrs.

Will my refund include shipping charges
Generally we offer free postage on most products, so you will get your entire purchase refunded. If your initial order included additional shipping costs, then postage charges on returns are not refundable. If you are exchanging for another item or size, we will be happy to cover the original shipping cost.
