We aim to send out all orders within 48 hours of payment being processed unless circumstance prevails. All orders sent from SRSLY are sent via a traceable method through Australia Post. You can track your order through the Aus Post app. For international orders please contact us to organise a quote.
Yes you can providing you send your item back to us in it's original condition within 30 days. Please see our returns page for further details.
Any item that is sent from SRSLY within Australia is done so with Australia Post. You will be able to track your order through the Australia post app, so it's really important that the email address is entered correctly when your order is placed.
Returns are at the cost of the purchaser. If you are exchanging for another size or colour, the return is still at your expense, then will we repost the new size to you at our expense.
We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to track the whereabouts of your return. SRSLY is not liable for returns lost in transit that have not been tracked.
This is a startup label and currently we are focused on sales within Australia. If you love our stuff and would really like to make a purchase internationally, please contact us at support@srsly.au and we can work out an appropriate postage cost to cover our expenses. We endeavor to accommodate this market moving forward.
