Sometimes products can sell out on the day due to its popularity. In the event we are out of stock of your item, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund. If only part of your order has sold out, we will offer a partial refund and send the remainder of your order, or a full refund of the entire order if you wish.

We understand you can change our mind with the click of a button. Contact us via our contact page immediately and we will try and get back to you with in 24 hours. Don't stress, we're here for you.

You sure can, the initial return is at your expense, then will we repost the new size to you at our expense.

This is a startup label and currently we are focused on sales within Australia. If you love our stuff and really would like to make a purchase internationally, please contact us at support@srsly.au and we can work out an appropriate postage cost to cover our expenses. This may be a little more expensive than you would like, but with the strength of the USD for example, overall it may work out well for you. Depending on international interest, we endeavor to accommodate this market moving forward.

Returns are at the cost of the purchaser. If you are exchanging for another size or colour, the return is still at your expense, then will we repost the new size or colour to you at our expense.
We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to track the whereabouts of your return. SRSLY is not liable for returns lost in transit that have not been tracked.

Any item that is sent from SRSLY within Australia is done so with Australia Post. You will be able to track your order through the Australia post app, so it's really important that the email address is entered correctly when your order is placed. You will also be sent updates on your delivery from Australia Post.
